§ 01 What we do

One integrator for the entire controls scope of your plant.

Maintenance managers don't have time to coordinate three vendors for one line. We carry the PLC, panel-build, motor-control and instrumentation scope under one license, one insurance certificate and one phone tree. The same engineer who programs it commissions it and answers the support call.

  • Documented FAT & SAT with photographs and as-builts
  • Two-hour emergency response for contract clients
  • Parts stocked on every truck — second visits are rare
  • Capital-planning reports your CFO can actually read

Field note

"We rewrote the ladder for the wash line in one shift. Phantom fault — gone."

§ 03 Process

Honest scoping.
Tight commissioning.
Boring uptime.

Every engagement starts with a site walk and ends with documentation your in-house team can actually use. Nothing about our process is unusual — we just don't skip the parts that get skipped.

  1. 01

    Site walk

Free 45-minute visit. We look at panels, listen to operators, read the alarm log.

  2. 02

    Written scope

Functional description, BoM, lead times, milestones — a real number, not a range.

  3. 03

    Build & FAT

Panels built in our Fresno shop, point-to-point tested, photographed before shipment.

  4. 04

    Cutover & SAT

Planned downtime, signed acceptance, training with your maintenance team.

  5. 05

    As-builts

Wiring diagrams, IO lists, PLC backups, HMI source. PDF + paper copy in the panel.

  6. 06

    Support

On-call number that rings a real engineer. Remote VPN once you approve it.

§ 04 Industries

We know the lines you run.

The Central Valley moves food, water and packaging. Our integration work mirrors that mix — weighing systems for almond hullers, CIP skids for dairies, palletizers for co-packers.

§ 05 Service area

From our Fresno shop, across the valley.

Our trucks roll out of 1436 N Poplar Ave six days a week. Contract clients see a two-hour emergency response, with most calls cleared on the first visit because the part is already on the truck.

§ 06 In their words

Plants that stay running don't write press releases. They send us a text.

"

We were chasing a phantom fault on the wash line for three weeks. Tyler's team had it scoped in an afternoon and rewritten by the next shift.

Plant Manager

Almond processor, Madera County

"

Honest scoping. They told us we didn't need a new MCC — just a VFD swap and a logic fix. Saved us six figures.

Maintenance Supervisor

Beverage packer, Fresno

"

Documentation is the part most integrators skip. Anutech showed up with a binder and a thumb drive. That alone is worth the contract.

§ 07 About the shop

Built by Tyler Wray. Run by people who answer the phone.

Anutech Systems was founded in 2013 by Tyler Wray after a decade of controls work for Central Valley food and ag processors. The shop is deliberately small — five field engineers, two panel builders, one office — because every plant gets a senior tech on the first call, not whoever happened to pick up.
