Rusty pouring candles in the Hopkinsville workshop
Our Story

A small workshop, a slow practice, and a love for clean fragrance.

Oshus began in 2019 on a quiet stretch of Johnson Mill Road in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. After years of mixing essential oils in mason jars for friends and family, Rusty Beorn turned a converted barn into a candle workshop.

Today every order is still poured, labeled, and packed by hand within a few miles of where the lavender grows. We believe a candle should smell like the place it came from.

Tucked into the Pennyroyal Plateau in Christian County. It's quiet here, and that's why the candles smell the way they do.
