What's covered
- Any failed or broken stitch on a piece we made
- Hardware failure (snaps, rivets, buckles)
- Edge re-burnishing on heavily-used pieces
No registration required. No time limit. Original receipt not necessary — if we made it, we'll fix it.
What's not covered
- Normal wear, patina, scratches, and color change (these are features, not defects)
- Damage from neglect, fire, or animal chewing
- Modifications made by someone other than us
For these, we still offer paid repair work at fair rates. Just ask.
How to use the warranty
Email us at store@oshusstore.com with a photo of the piece. We'll reply with a return address. Mail the piece in (you pay return shipping); we'll repair it and mail it back at our cost, usually within two weeks.
