The questions buyers ask most.
- What is the opening order minimum?
- Opening orders start at $300. Reorders can be as low as $200. Most first orders fall between $400 and $900.
- Do you offer net terms?
- Yes. We extend Net-30 to approved accounts after the second order. Larger accounts can request Net-45 in writing.
- How long does shipping take?
- In-stock items leave our SF warehouse in 3–7 business days. Custom and private label runs are 4–10 weeks depending on technique.
- Do you ship outside the U.S.?
- We ship to Canada and Mexico routinely, and we'll quote international on request. Duties and brokerage are billed to the receiver.
- Can I see physical samples before ordering?
- Yes. Linen and ceramic swatches are free and ship same day. Full samples are available for a small fee, credited against your first order.
- Do you offer drop-ship for e-commerce?
- Yes. We pack and ship direct to your customer with your branded packing slip. Same-day cutoff is 1pm PT.
- Do you do private label?
- Yes — stamp, screen, deboss, or hand-paint on ceramics, candles, and linen. MOQ from 60 units. Lead time 8–10 weeks.
- What's your return policy?
- Damaged or defective goods are replaced or refunded within 14 days of delivery. We don't accept returns for change of mind on opened wholesale orders.
- Are your textiles certified?
- Yes — all linen is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Certification numbers are listed on each product spec sheet on request.
- Are your ceramics food safe?
- Yes. All glazes are food-safe, lead-free, and tested for commercial restaurant use. Spec sheets available on request.
- Do you offer trade pricing for designers?
- Yes. We offer trade pricing for verified residential and hospitality designers. Apply via the contact page.
- How do I open a hospitality account?

- Do you offer custom packaging for gifting programs?
- Yes. Hand-tied, hand-tagged gift sets with optional kraft cards. MOQ from 24 sets. 3-week typical lead time.
- Can I visit the studio?
- Yes — by appointment, Tue–Sat. We're at 1510 Eddy Street, two blocks from St. Mary's Cathedral. Most appointments last 45 minutes.
- Do you sell at retail?
- No. We are wholesale-only and refer end customers to one of our 240+ partner shops.
- How often do you update the catalog?
- We refresh the catalog twice a year — spring (March) and fall (September). Core SKUs stay in stock year-round.
