From first email to first shipment in about ten business days.

We've tried to remove every step that doesn't earn its place. Here's exactly what happens after you write us.

    Day 1

    Introduce your shop

    Send a short note about your space, who you sell to, and what you're looking to add. We read every one within a business day.

    Day 2–3

    Receive the current line sheet

    We send the PDF line sheet, current color availability, and a suggested opening mix calibrated to your square footage and aesthetic.

  3. 03
    Day 3–8

    Swatches & samples

    Free swatches ship same day. Physical samples are available for a small fee, credited against your first order.

  4. 04
    Day 8–10

    Place the order

    Submit through our portal, by email, or over the phone. We send a written estimate, then a final confirmation with ship date.

  5. 05
    Day 10–17

    Fulfillment

    Stock items leave the dock in 3–7 business days. You receive tracking, a packing manifest, and the 8-asset photo pack the same day.

No quiz to qualify

We don't require a website, an EIN, or a minimum-year-in-business. Tell us the shop and the address; we'll take it from there.

Written terms, always

Every quote and confirmation is in writing. No verbal lead times, no 'about a month' estimates.
