Lead times

In-stock orders leave our SF warehouse in 3–7 business days. Custom and private label runs take 4–10 weeks depending on technique. We email tracking the day your order ships.

Carriers & rates

Most orders ship UPS Ground from 94115. Orders over 150 lbs ship via consolidated LTL freight (R+L, Old Dominion). Bay Area accounts can elect same-day pickup or local delivery for orders placed before 11am PT.

Insurance & loss

Every shipment is insured at our cost up to $5,000. We file claims directly with the carrier and replace damaged goods within 14 days of delivery — no deductible passed to you.

International

We ship to Canada and Mexico regularly. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are billed to the receiver. Quotes available within one business day.

Returns

Damaged or defective goods are replaced or refunded within 14 days of delivery — photo of damage is all we need. We do not accept returns on opened wholesale orders for change of mind. Unopened cases may be returned within 30 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
