Returns & Refunds
The Short Version
If you don't love it, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No tricks, no restocking fees.
What's Eligible
- Unburned candles in original condition
- Unopened soaps in original packaging
- Sealed diffusers
- Gift sets returned in full
What's Not
- Burned or used candles (unless damaged or defective)
- Custom or wholesale orders
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Start a Return
- Email contact@oshusstore.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return.
- We'll send a prepaid USPS return label (within 1 business day).
- Drop the package at any U.S. Post Office.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Damaged in Transit
If something arrives broken or melted, snap a quick photo and email it to us within 7 days. We'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
