Processing Time

Every order is packed by hand at our workshop in Chuckey, TN. We ship within 2 business days of receiving your order — usually the next morning.

Rates & Transit

• USPS Ground Advantage — $6.50 flat, 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority — $11.50 flat, 2–4 business days
• Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50
• Canada — calculated at checkout, 7–14 business days

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your label is printed. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before writing in — it likes to hide there.

Hot Weather Shipping

From June through August we ship candles in insulated mailers when local temperatures along the route exceed 85°F. There's no extra charge for this. If a candle still arrives damaged from heat, we'll replace it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost in transit or arrives broken, email us within 7 days of the delivery date with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund — no questions, no return required.

International

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. International expansion is on the roadmap for late 2026.
