Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days from our workshop in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. During seasonal sales (Black Friday, December) processing can take up to 4 business days.
Rates
Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $6.50. Orders over $50 ship free.
Delivery time
Standard delivery via USPS Ground Advantage takes 3–6 business days. UPS Ground is available at checkout for 2–4 business day delivery.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Hawaii, Alaska, and international shipping are coming in 2026.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is handed to the carrier.
Packaging
Every order is packed with kraft paper, recycled shred, and reused bubble wrap when possible. Our boxes are 100% curbside recyclable.
