Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of oshusstore.com and any purchase from Oshus, owned and operated by Rusty Beorn in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to place an order.
2. Orders and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.
3. Product information
We do our best to describe scents, colors, and dimensions accurately, but small variation is part of the nature of hand-poured goods. Each batch is unique.
4. Burn safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable items. Trim wicks to 1/4" before each burn. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be packed.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, branding — is the property of Oshus and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oshus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.
